Review of FeastyFest 2023
Yes, I would recommend this event although next year effort should be made to ensure there are sufficient toilet facilities and one or two more bars are needed as the queues were unacceptable

Review of FeastyFest 2023
We’ve been every year since inception. We love that it’s got bigger and so many improvements year on year. I tell everyone about it Would love to see more toilets as waiting in huge queues with children is really hard going. Also disappointed to see the wood building area was being charged for this year.
: ( the food is overpriced, as can’t get anything for the kids for under £10 which is bad…. but we’ll still be back!

Review of FeastyFest 2023
Had a wonderful time. Kids were very busy in Tinker Town. Great food and great atmosphere. Shame pre-purchased ticket holder had to queue for long and people who bought tickets at the gate got in super fast

Review of FeastyFest 2023
Awesome family event. Music acts were outstanding. Choice and quality of food was outstanding. Activities for the kids were good quality in the main. Highly recommend the tree climbing, the crew running it were really lovely and very professional, great value at £5. My only disappointment was paying £5 per child for water wars which actually was just 10 mins running around with mostly broken water pistols which they couldn’t refill as the drums of water were too big for them to reach over. However, I would definitely return next year.

Review of FeastyFest 2023
Great day of family fun, the music was amazing and so was the atmosphere.
My only complaint was the lack of toilets and the fact that the website did not mention any additional costs with the kid zone activities. We expected them to be included in the price of the ticket and so ended up spending rather more than we anticipated.

Review of FeastyFest 2023
Overall we had a good time but there was a lack of organisation and facilities:
- Directions for the parking could be a lot better as the yellow signs directed us to a small car park which wasn’t designated for the event. We saw other cars parked on the grass nearer the festival, so we moved our car as we didn’t want to get a ticket for not parking in the right area. There should have been stewards to direct people to the right place.
- Severe lack of toilets for the amount of people at the festival!
- Disappointed at the queues for the children’s bouncy castles etc, especially when they looked empty.
- Better signage for the water points as we couldn’t see any and had to ask someone.
POSITIVES:
- the Bushcraft guy in the shaded garden was excellent and our daughter enjoyed learning to make a fire and a bow to shoot an arrow. The roasted crickets he let us try were pretty tasty!
- the food we tried was good, especially the Hungarian Chimney cake. It would be great if the food vendors did smaller, cheaper portions so that we could afford to try out more of the different cuisines. Most were £10+ so we could only try a couple.
