Chaotic trying to gain entry even with the so called VIP ticket. No VIP area near stage just a small bar area with long queues every time. Dreadful lighting on main soul stage as once sun had set all you could see of the artists were silhouettes, very poor. Would never pay extra for the ticket again unless you guarantee specific VIP area at the stage as you have done previously. All in all disappointing except for the music .

The wine was very expensive and not even nice. The small bottles of rose wine tasted like vinegar. We couldn’t drink it. Awful for what it cost.

Well managed event. Good to see effective security with enough staff on duty to monitor entry. We were fortunate to have bought VIP tickets so we prob benefitted a lot from this

Queuing to get in was frustrating at how long it took but the atmosphere and food/ drink was great. DJ’s we’re a little lame but that’s because I have DJ’d since 1984 and have a professional opinion. Security was too low key and not too experienced
