Review of 10 Years Of Jungle Cakes - Swansea Halloween
The music stack was great, but poorly place and far too loud. Soundtech wasn't having a good day at all - quality was low and c***kling through. No atmosphere to the place. it wasn't decorated. I enjoy a backroom/underground rave but this was just a s**te venue, absolutely no effort other than a large back screen with music blasted overly loud for the sake of it. This was an event for union sounds and others to just enjoy playing, didn't seem like much thought went into the crowd. I rarely dislike an event like this, i host them myself and love bigging up the scene but I was generally disappointed - i love kivi and killa P - was the first time seeing them in swansea and it was just a messy, s**t quality event with pissblind drunk students everywhere.
