I thought the acts were really good, but would love to see more bigger acts next year. The food stalls were really nice but I did find it expensive. I found the Thursday a lot more enjoyable than the rest of the weekend because of the volume of people, I found it extremely busy especially with young children. I would also like to see more free children activities throughout the weekend next year. Overall we did enjoy and will be returning next year.

Really good family friendly festival. Could do with more rock music though. Toilets were all really clean. As usual food & drink prices were ridiculous as they always are at these type of events.

Great for adults and young adults. Not family friendly passed a certain time. Prices are extortionate, ques just as bad. Would be far more beneficial to perhaps allow people to take a few alcoholic drinks into the festival and definitely allow soft drinks and snacks. VIP toilets an absolute rip off. Whilst the showers were ok, waiting 45 minutes to use one is ridiculous. Areas should be cordoned off by the main stage, people climbing over one another to get out

Absolutely Brilliant festival of music. The event itself looked great and was really safe. Tip top toilets were really well kept. Plenty of wonderful food and drink vendors but I do feel they were overpriced given the captive audience who couldn't bring in their own food or drink at all. Single vodka and lemonade: £9.50. Small cup of tea £3.00. You could really do with a campers lane to enter the event field. I didn't think it was fair that we had to queue up to an hour when in theory we were already in the event. Food and drink total RIPOFF. Searches by security for food and drink including babies dispicable ! Families not able to feed and water themselves because of greedy profit driven organisers. Organisation of camping and getting into the Festival was terrible queue after queue.
Will not go again !!!

No one on the site seemed to no where we where camping we ended up on a over flow campsite about a mile away from the car with 2 children and all the camping gear needed to be carried across to the camping area then the changed our camp site more walking wasn't run very well at all no staff where briefed on what was going on, we got told off for cooking there where no markers for where to cook, its was a joke

Communication by "in it together" was appalling. They advertise they pride themselves on their customer service yet they did not reply to any messages I sent via various methods of contact. I was a carer and staying in the accessible camping yet i was madeto leave my van in general parking and carry all my camping equipment across the entire venue. Staff had little knowledge of the layout of the event and had no idea how to direct me to the accessible camping, from the general parking.

The camping tickets are exceptional value for money. Sadly, food and drinks are extremely expensive. The range of music was fantastic and all acts on the Parc Stage gave a really good performance. Generally, the atmosphere is great. However, when the youngsters flooded the main stage for acts like Craig David and Dizzee Rascal the arena became horribly busy and there was some aggression with people pushing to the front.

Organised Chaos
Food and drink ridiculously expensive for families
Poor security
Entrance crazy. Should be separated Entrance for campers and day tickets. Cues to get in and out wasted too much time and missed acts as a result. Sound quality of main stage was Poor! Not enough toilets in family camping. Pitches should be allocated. Rules of coming together ridiculous in GCSE season and drink allowance and dictation of what could and couldn't be bought ludacris! Not being able to leave ridiculous. Would not return

Do not recommend! Very unsafe festival, full of underage kids doing drugs. Security don't do there jobs. Camping facilities are awful. Arriving to the festival was very unorganised. Adult camping was not adult and full of under age teenagers. Too many people allowed to sit and put blankets right near the front of the stage where people want to have a good time and dance. Couldn't get through, should be a barrier for people that want to put there chairs etc.

Too many people, literally couldn't get out at one point, took half an hour to get to toilets from
Nearby.
Getting in was a joke was bag checked at two separate points the first one taking 20 mins the second line taking an hour and 10 mins! Pointless waste of time.

Ok so no phone signal and huge queues at pick up time but my daughter had THE BEST TIME at this festival - lots and lots of fun with her friends and so much to do on site. Looking forward to next year already x
