Review of In It Together Festival 2024
We had a great time-thank you. We thought it was laid out better the roped out walkways on the second day was a great welcome to control the crowds.
Childcare isn't your issue but there were a lot of kids in the rewind tent fighting and pushing, messing around which meant we left as it was a nightmare and we were looking forward to seeing judge Juls they ruined that. Maybe they have be accompanied by an adult.
More water stations please
More security lanes too please
Thanks

Review of In It Together Festival 2024
Music range brilliant, vallue for money not so much. Do not bother paying for vip loo and shower package as the vip ladies toilets on several occasions had not toilet paper, handsoap and the sanitary bins were overflowing. When i told the steward he said i know i told them. The showers were hot but not level so all the watee accumilated up against the doors so wgen opened the waste water ran oyt onto the steps on ibto tge grass which inturn became vwey wwt and muddy and you were walkung back through otger people dirty water .. yuk. The drinks were more expensive than last year as now £6.50 a can but if wanted normal cider £7.50 a pint.... This is a for "all festival" hence in it together which started 3 years ago after covid so why cripple everyone whos already paid to camp , park, upgrade . Each year this festival has griwn with rhe amount if peopke attending which is great but thisctear family couid not putch in the family area, so were in the adult area, it was a real struggle to find sonewhere to set your tent up. I had no choice but to pitch up to the boundary fence and hadbtobtie my guide ropes to the fence as no spacw to pitch it the right way. One good thing i thought had really improved was getting through security which was painless and super efficient.

Review of In It Together Festival 2024 (Extra Listing)
I don't feel this festival was appropriate for families like it was advertised. It came across more of a money grabbing weekend, how much money can be squeezed from every individual. To get in, there were masses of people ganged together (no lines, no order) 2nd security check as we had to walk through camping areas so there were Campers within this line who haven't been checked yet, should have been a separate entrance or line for them.
I've never seen so many young adolescents drinking, doing drugs etc at a family advertised festival. Heavily drunken young females and males sharing portable toilets to do drugs and other inappropriate things. Most of them were half dressed were so much skin showing it was uncomfortable, my minor daughter agreed. The fun fair was heavily overpriced on top on the already very expensive festival tickets. There's NO changing facilities for a baby unless you upgrade to a vip toilet that gets cleaned, which is another £20+ PER PERSON, including the baby! Food is always high priced at festivals, there were lots of options and some friendly owners who happily changed up the menu to suit a toddler. There were a handful of kids activities in the early morning, from 10am. This wasn't advertised on their posters, so it seemed kids things such as character meet and greet would be on throughout the day in intervals so each parent could enjoy an act while the children were also entertained by something age appropriate. The location was mainly in hills, not buggy or small child friendly especially when it rained and only one bucket of bark was laid on top of the muddy patch at 10am even though it had started to rain the evening before. Parking was an extra £25+ on top of tickets then a 15 min walk to festival or 30mins when muddy as all downhill then up coming back. The other transport option of a shuttle bus wasn't good as the buses didn't turn up or were over packed so people waited for hours missing half the festival day! The apps didn't work for Android or apple so we couldn't download who's on what stage. No signal throughout the site anyway. Bad signposting for stages and not enough maps marking where things are.
The pathways for pedestrians were unsafe as it was where the main exit flow of cars came through also, how that got approved in not sure so very unsafe with young kids etc or drunk adolescents!
It felt like the whole event was not organised properly and the aim was to get a much money as possible. If its for families with children, more should be done to accommodate this. There shouldn't be underage drinking going on and alcohol sold to minors.

Review of In It Together Festival 2024
I enjoyed the first two years, and would have rated higher on Venue those years. The organisers had listened to feedback about toilets this year which was great, and check in was much quicker than previous years. Shouldn't have moved the kids field, it didn't work in the thoroughfare, if it ain't broke don't fix it. The parc stage couldn't handle capacity on Friday and Saturday but was perfect on the Sunday went the rain sent some people home. If the organisers keep capacity as it was this year adults and families with older kids will probably enjoy but it won't be suitable for those with younger ones unless they decide to avoid the main stage all weekend.

Review of In It Together: Day Tickets
I only attended on the Friday, and didn't camp, so I can only comment based on Friday. Would've been good if the app had worked, also the lack of phone signal was very stressful - couldn't find people we were meeting up with (didn't see them once!) and couldn't arrange our lift home. That would be the main fix for me. Some of the "slower" music acts should have been earlier in my opinion, whereas Scouting for Girls had much more of a vibe and should've been later, but I guess that's just personal taste. I'd read conflicting rules about food and drink being taken in, the food (crisps and a bar of chocolate) was taken out of my bag at security, but when we offered up my daughters bag they said "don't worry about it" ?? Why take mine if not consistent? Overall a great day, just really needed phone signal. Everything was pricey but I guess that's to be expected. Toilets were kept in brilliant condition.

Review of In It Together Festival 2024
Overall we had a great time, The toilets and facilities were fairly clean . A little crazy to have the dance arena next to the family camping. The drink and food selection was good. The festival was very reasonable but the profiteering on the drinks was ridiculous £6.50 for warm cans left in the sun behind the bar is an absolute joke. This definitely needs to be addressed!
