Kick-Off Comedy Night at Swansea City FC

About

Join us at Swansea City FC for our brand new Kick-Off Comedy Club! A night of fun and laughter!

Doors open at 6.30pm, last entry at 7.30pm and the show starts at 8pm.

Seating is theatre style and on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to get here early to get the best ones.

There's a bar available, serving drinks before the show and during the two intervals.

Over 18's Only:Sorry kids, this one’s for the grown-ups!

Here’s your amazing line-up…

Compere – Morgan Rees

Morgan Rees is a Welsh comedian, writer, and actor from Merthyr Tydfil. Known for his energetic style, he combines one-liners, storytelling, and observational comedy. Morgan gained recognition as a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards and “So You Think You’re Funny” competition in 2017.

His comedy often explores his Welsh upbringing, family life, and coming out as bisexual, tackling personal topics with refreshing humour. With over twenty-five million views online, Morgan regularly performs at major UK comedy clubs. He also co-hosts the podcast “Chatting with Cherubs” and has written for shows like “Mock the Week.”

Headliner – Paul F Taylor

The award-winning Paul F Taylor is a one of the UK’s most exciting and distinctive stand-up performers. His unique brand of humour fuses quirky offbeat one liners with surreal observational flights of fancy to fantastical effect. Nominated as NATY New Act of The Year for 2013 and GQ Magazine’s comedian of the week, Paul’s persona of a lost bewildered fool sits perfectly alongside his gleefully madcap ideas.

Alongside his solo stand up, Paul is also half of the double act “Short and Curly” (with Rebecca Shorrocks) and also one half of “Helm and Taylor” (with Nick Helm) who reached the final of the Laughing Horse New Act Of The Year Competition 2009.

Also featuring:

Vladimir McTavish:Vladimir McTavish serves up a delightful feast of social observation and topical satire, seasoned with his caustic wit and presented via a platter of breakneck-pace patter.

Dan Coughtry:Dan Coughtry is a young comic who has all the hallmarks of a jaded veteran of comedy, and his material reflects that, balancing silly and dark material that will hit the spectrum of emotions that humans experience.
