Went for the Drum & Bass tent as advertised but on arrival there was no Drum & Bass tent felt completely ripped off.

The person I was going with got told he was too drunk to go in (which is crazy, all he wanted to do was dance and go home?) Their excuse for no entry for me was that I had white stuff around my mouth🤣 I had nothing or done nothing, just drank some vodka before arriving to the event??? They were making up excuses to not let us in especially me!

Whilst we were pleading with them to let us in as were not a danger to anyone or ourselves, they then must've got pissed off and decided it was OK to charge us and pin us to the floor (3 security guards per person)
I got pinned and was constantly telling them to stop this is unnecessary I'm just trying to reason with you. one of them thought that pinning me wasn't enough and decided to choke me by gripping my neck and pushing me into the floor, as I'm about to black out he let's go and then Goes to my wrist and bends it's down til I'm screaming in pain, then picks us up and tells us to f**k off and don't come back or they're calling the cops??? I'm the one who should be calling the cops...absolute thugs from prison that behavior was!! Too scared to go to another event now! I want a full refund atleast.

Very disappointed the venue was in a water logged field , my partner is disabled this event was not at all disabled friendly. No were for my partner to sit and rest he is unable to stand for long periods and is on cruthes to walk. We were not even allowed to come out of the event for him to rest in the car and go back in . Even though we had wrist bands . The arenas were tiny tents all almost next to each other and you couldn't hear the music properly as it was all mixing from 4 different places all at once. As the prices absolutely ridiculous I paid £3 for a tiny glass of c**e which I watched them pour from a 39p cheap bottle of c**e. ! We had to leave after 1 hour due to it not being disabled friendly. Please remember disabled people also love hardstyle music as much as the able bodied. We also travelled over an hour to come to last less than an hour and have to go home very disappointing.

Would of been nice to be able to leave venue when needed, especially when we had wrist bands. More toilets needed, more Bins needed in venue and campsite.
