Really disappointing. No idea whether the band were any good as it was so painfully loud we left during the second song when it was clear the sound guy thought that was a good level. Small room with massive speakers cranked up to max. We like loud music but there's a comfortable limit and this was way beyond it. Not quite sure what the sound guy was thinking... Real shame as the staff were friendly and I imagine it could be a great little venue. It's even possible the band are good, but we'll never know.

Really disappointed that we paid for tickets through Skiddle but this was a free event, no refund provided, feel ripped off and would be extra cautious when booking another live event at this venue, or through Skiddle!
