Venue easy to get to & pleasantly tidy etc but Bar was ridiculous having only one bar serving thousands of people !😠

Really enjoyed the day, bar staff struggled in the vip lounge resulting in horrendous cues. Bar prices reasonable, food outlet was under pressure too, prices also reasonable but lack of choice. Enjoyed the day and would go again, hi-light was Chris Moyles set and Five,

Ridiculous queues. We paid a premium however everyone had use of the vip bar, seating and toilets. Why did I pay a lot more for nothing?

Rubbish!!! Spent most off time missing acts standing in the VIP bar queue which didn’t even pipe the music through speakers. No video feeds either. Didn’t eat due to the queues being so long. Badly managed. 😔

the queues to buy drinks were an absolute joke and food limited to pasties and hot dogs might be ok for a football match that takes 1.5 hrs but not for a music event lasting 9 hrs I want a refund thank you

Due to the huge queues for the bars, I had to wait over two hours to buy a drink after not being allowed to bring in water, when stood I. Direct sunlight. This meant I missed several acts. Many people left early. The scars were sending over runners to the people in the queue with drinks, which is damning.

The worst bit is, it seems to be a lack of staff, ticket sales should have been known in advance, so this is simply down to poor planning, and the bars could shave been a lot more profitable should they age been staffed. Many large gigs have people wandering selling drinks as well as the bars. One side of the pitch had no facilities at all, and was crying out for another bar.
All in all, great time marred by over two hours at a time in a queue for a drink.

overall was a very enjoyable event. Atomic Kitten didn't turn up which was disappointing. the bar needed to be better organised, the queues were far too long. but a very enjoyable day
