Event was good fun and acts were very good BUT I wouldn't recommend the County Ground as a future venue for this type of event.
Queues for the drinks stands were ridiculously long and slow. Catering was laughable for an event that wouldn't let you take in any food or drink. Very disappointing part of the event.

The VIP was missing leading. The seats are small, uncomfortable and not suitable to spend along time I'm. They were not under cover enough to stay dry in the rain. The toilets were unpleasant, not equipped properly and the gents stank. The bar staff were utterly unhelpful, they told us the lids weren't big enough for the hot chocolate then magically other people had lids. Pretty disappointed with the experience. And you had to pay £10 to park!!!

Had to have paid to take shelter from the rain- so we chose to leave very early- had we been allowed to shelter we would have bought more drinks and stayed later- so the event lost money by people just going home

Great event, but poorly run by STFC, as so little staff laid on that we spent half our time queuing for drinks and missed the acts on stage. Also the food options were very limited.

Having vip treatment didn't feel like
VIP it felt more like everyone else. Maybe they could have put a fence up to be right at the front and then everyone else. Taylor disappointed me as she let everyone else sing and not herself. Was disappointed with the food as need to be more selection and could have made a fair amount of money. Toilets was blocked which everyone used our vip ones. Done singers was late to start. Everyone was in our seating area

Drinks prices expensive at 6.50 a pint and the same for a glass of wine.
Concert overall excellent, all acts very good

Super friendly atmosphere, when you have to wait 2 hours to line up to buy a drink is just not acceptable!!

Bands great but organising of venue needs work to deal with different weather conditions and audience needs. Should allow picnic chairs etc. The food available was poor. An event that lasts from 2pm till 11pm should allow people to come and go as they please to cater for different needs . Lack of female toilets at venue
