Review of The RnB old school Christmas ball
The good things: great music, lovely people. Such a shame the Service didn't meet the prices. I appreciate this venue is trying to capture an exclusive clientele and the prices reflect that however, small touches could be improved to support the premium prices for example, more than one bar staff. Unfortunately the lady I dealt with was particularly rude, got my drinks order wrong and wasn't accommodating when I asked for the correct drink (despite having to pay extra for a spirit I didn't ask for). Drinks would be better if served in glassware with ice and other garnishes and condiments, especially considering the prices. I felt there was a huge push to over pay. We were told we had to use the cloak room or unable to enter. It's such a shame as the music was good but over priced or the service I had

Review of The RnB old school Christmas ball
I had a lovely welcome from the security at the venue, and I have to say, it was really clean and tidy! I did feel a little let down by the music during the R&B evening, as there weren't many old school tunes. But we still managed to enjoy ourselves!
The ladies' restroom was so nice and stylish-definitely a plus! On the other hand, the bar service could use some improvement. I was a bit surprised to be served drinks in plastic cups, especially with the prices being over £7 each. It felt a little steep.
Overall, it's a great venue, and I love supporting local businesses! I think there's definitely potential to draw in more people, and I'd love to see what could be done to make that happen!
