Review of Mad professor live dub show
Respectfully. Everyone I've spoken with regarding the event on Sat are all saying the same thing ?" where was the conscious reggae, steppas, dub, DnB? And why would anyone intentionally distort the bass sound?
We are aware that changes had to be made at the last minute & we send our love & blessings to the Channel One Sound. But I'm sorry guys, what was offered to us, was not what we had been waiting & hoping for.
I know Totnes is a small backwater town, but trust me, we definitely know & love our reggae. The thing that's been happening at the Dartmouth Inn is pure Babylon & we have been praying for Channel One Sound to come & show them how it should be done, which is why I think we are so disappointed.

Review of Mad professor live dub show
Amazing to see such an amazing production coming to totnes for a change. The night life opportunities in this town have been far too thin on the ground for many years; leaving young people especially with no where to see live music and socialise. The civic hall is the perfect venue for an event like this and I really hope to see companies like channel 1 coming back through again to grace us with their music. I truly hope this wasn't a one off.
