Review of Love Hangover Festival
Could have been a great event as lovely venue. Difficult to find information online about start times/what acts on when, parking info etc. Went on the friday and the first acts supposed to be in the tents didn't even appear. Very few people around which was a shame.
Did have delicious sausage baps and drinks from Nelson's Coffee Cabin though so would highly recommend them!

got home yesterday and wow what a weekend. amazing venue/location, such friendly people, laid back easy going no stress anywhere. music was the best, bar was very cheap, food hmm not so cheap. i cant wait for next year this festival is just one of the best. enjoy!

There wasn't anyone there, the event lacked about 1000 people needed to create an atmosphere, there were about 200 in a field with more staff than customers. Really terrible and I really felt for the food traders who had no trade.

Shocking!!!
How anyone can call this a £50 pp event is beyond me,I was looking at the same dj play for 5 and a half hours,it was flat!!!from a catering trailer ffs??…no atmosphere,near on completely empty,It was a real disaster,organiser was arrogant when we complained..we was sold a dud!!…the rents were rediculous,4 ppl in them a peice…and look like they’d been dug up from the 70s??…it was as everyone we spoke to over the two days…car crash!!..
Now the organiser will be along in a mo with a load of flannel about we missed the headliner,(tbf…we know no one showed!!),the arrogance of the ppl was something else,…I’ve done many a festival,clockstock..soultown..so forth,this is nowhere near these,but charge a little much the same???….
It is a flop….go back to your day jobs,as you certainly don’t excelled here!!,….
Yet he will be along with not even a mm apology because they are far too arrogant for that,I was blinded by there stupidity yesterday on Facebook,…I was going to leave a review there,but tbh….they don’t give a monkeys…
This is a massive swerve event…there was only two catering stalls,so your either steak and chips or Japanese….but out of luck if your a vegetarian or vegan??(yet the organiser is still stating 4,which is a complete lie,ive a video of proof),,one bar selling beer and the likes,that god for that otherwise I’d of thrown myself in the pond there!!!
Again,..on their site it’s all concentrated on this lake and how pretty it looks lol..,
It’s about the music and the ppl and overall atmosphere,this was put together in the vein of…go cheap,earn big….and it was a flop!!!
Save your money,do not contemplate this event again…honestly it was rubbisg!!’
Can’t wait to be blinded by the ,everyone else had an amazing time quotes….which is rubbish,everyone was fed up
Do something else,as this is a non starter

No atmosphere, toilets were disgusting at the beginning of the first day god knows what they were like by the end, whole place was badly set out toilets directly outside one of the music tents, only one small bar worst festival I’ve been too

If you sell a festival as something for the entire family by definition there needs to be something for the children to do. Apart from a solitary face painting stall (£5!!), which took 2 minutes there was nothing else. Although the music was good, if you have an extensive field with literally 30 people in it, it will only ever be okay, rather than an jolly good knees up. At £44, this was distinctly average at best. Can I suggest ditching Sunday's (unless this goes into Bank Holiday Monday) as people are clearly concerned about work the next day

I enjoyed the festival overall - however at best 500 - 600 people at a venue (field) to feel half way busy would need 1500. The music was fine (only DJ's) so perhaps on that basis a day ticket £30 at best: My fiends paid £118 for the weekend per person and that was expensive: So at least £10 more per day than it was truly worth. There are things that could have been done better but I am not the promoter and the list could be long if I thought about it. People were friendly and weather ok. Music primarily dance so you get what you pay for and I had a good time. The lack of people did impact on the overall enjoyment vibe (mainly saturday). Sunday I didnt go:
