Is the venue accessible?
The Kew the Music site is a green field site. There is flat access throughout the concert site; however it should still be noted that some areas of the grounds at the event site are uneven and special care should be taken whilst moving around the site. There is also a short distance from the entrance to the concert site.
What are the facilities for disabled customers?
There is a designated wheelchair viewing platform available at the Kew the Music concerts for wheelchair users. Spaces on the platform are limited. The wheelchair platform is located in the General Admission area only. One personal assistant will be permitted to sit on the platform with each wheelchair user. Chairs will be provided.
Accessible toilets are positioned at the rear of the wheelchair user platform and at various other locations around the site.
For customers not using the wheelchair platform, we would recommend arriving early at the event to find a spot suitable for your needs. The back and sides of the arena are traditionally quieter. Where possible, disabled access and wheelchair platform ticket holders will be permitted entry ahead of other ticket holders to allow extra time to travel to the arena. If you would like to do this please ask stewards at the gate where you should wait.
