Review of Twickenham @ Exchange - Sunday 1st September - Velociraptors
We were completely blown away. They had thought of everything. It was educational, exhilarating and the most fun for my 2&4 year olds. They were engaged the entire time! Best kids show we've ever been to!

Review of TREX SHOW @ The Exchange Twickenham - Sunday 22nd October
We encountered a bit of trouble finding The Exchange for the Trex show and arrived late. To our disappointment, the show was almost over. However, the receptionist's kindness and thoughtfulness turned our evening around. She generously offered our family the opportunity to have a photo taken with the Trex, which truly made our journey worthwhile. It's not often you encounter such exceptional customer service, and it transformed a potentially disappointing situation into a memorable one. We hope the venue recognizes the outstanding service provided by their staff, and we look forward to future visits with this kind of warmth and hospitality.
