Armageddon Rockers are incredibly talented and awesome performers. They put on a very enjoyable show with their great sound 

Review of Armageddon Rockers 

For a small venue, intimate, rather than small, everything was where it should be, accessible and well set out. The crowd was fantastic, young and not so young alike; in fact it reminded me a little of a really good wedding reception, but obviously without a bride or groom. But hey, who needs a bride and groom when what was on offer was a great new, young band (The Riversiders), a totally out there female soloist and the most amazing Armageddon Rockers! Fronted by the inimitable LenX and Joe Strummer-(ish) Pete on rhythm guitar. Jo the drummer caught everyone's eye, with her complimentary fills and sp***s with the more than capable bass player. Lead guitarist was well cool too. (Apologies for not knowing all the names). Is there a more striking, cooler guy than LenX, hopping around deftly to the groovy rhythms, head and shoulders above the rest of the world, not only in stature but also spitting sublime, hardcore lyrics about oppression, poverty, hunger and racism? (New single Kick it Out was the star of the show, but every tune gets my vote). Retro punky reggae brought bang into the 21st century, not pastiche, no wannabe Marley's or Strummers here, just an individual, tribal, downright 'on it' collective, each unique in their own right. A wonderful vibe, well put together, well organised and executed. Peace and love.
