It was a real deal. Happy night, momentous and with joyful people and great moments of meeting new people. The mood to the count down to midnight was ecstatic, very friendly patrons on this spectacular occasion. DJ cant mix and play odd combos of music. Also, read the room, cant play fast numbers late in the evening to so many 60's, they left after 12.30 when the music went bad

The doorman was rude had an arrogant attitude. no New Year's Eve spirit. We turned up to a grunt of "MEMBERS CARD" not even a hello and welcome. Very off putting man!
Instead of issuing a silly small raffle ticket to go have a smoke and return back in. it's not rocket science to get a stamper. A silly piece of paper in one's hand is easily mislaid and the doorman absolutely refused to let me and others back in without it. I wouldn't mind but there was no more than 4/5 people out there easily recognisable. He knew exactly who he was letting out as we all got grunted at!
A couple more bar staff wouldn't go a miss either. Very slow.

Bouncers are too heavy handed borderline ridiculous! Making people queue up outside in the wind & rain making people full out forms with all details then asking for id's even though already booked tickets through Skiddle which they pointed out they have no connection with!
Jeez Skiddle you already have all my data! Soo bouncers ruined what should have been a fun evening!
