Despite having pre bought the tickets, we waited in the cold for 45 minutes to get it!
The crowd attending were friendly but the music especially towards the end of the evening was too slow and not party enough. Some of the music was just easy listening as opposed to crazy
Dancing. The lighting was good as was the dance floor. Water was provided which was good, and also a fan when the room got too hot.
Good value if you’ve nothing better to do.

Not a fan of queuing in the cold for half an hour when I’ve bought a ticket I should be able to walk straight in
Website said it finished at 1 am so I booked a cab and it didn’t finish till 2am so I missed out on an hour of dancing

Great night. Took printed tick*ts with me and at first the door staff were a bit worried about taking them. I am glad they did but made me wonder whether it was just easier to pay on the door in future.

Review of Over 30\'s Motown Soul Night NEW YEARS EVE PARTY
Unable to attend as both struck down by virus. Don't bother with insurance; they don't refund unless you have a doctor's certificate and it's wrong to request emergency appointment with a doctor on New Year's Eve with just a virus. Unfortunately the company who organised this function - by t skiddle - dont subscribe to the re sell option so all in all a poor experience
