First time attending the firework display and the food was good but on the expensive side, getting out after the fireworks was a nightmare and cones should be put out on the country lane to avoid blockages, the police van was the main culprit and could have parked in the main car park as there were plenty of spaces available! They also weren't doing anything to help navigate people out of the event and stood at the side of the road drinking hot drinks. The fireworks were very good however myself and my daughter did get hit by a couple of the embers luckily they went out quickly and caused so injury but my daughter was frightened after that and we had to stand in the doorway, I suggest the fireworks are set off further away from the crowd to avoid this happening in the future. Staff were very friendly and helpful and good atmosphere.

Brilliant day/ night

Expensive, boring, not much going on, then was injured by the fireworks during the display. First aider on scene was great and attentive however management did not care, attitudes were very bad and passive aggressive. Absolutely disgusting. I attended hospital who have referred me to the eye specialist for surgery due to 80% injury to my right eye. Very disappointed and won’t be returning, based upon the attitudes of the management staff at the time

Very disappointed. Went along with family , despite the weather The Rustics FB page said the event would go ahead and the entertainment would be outdoors. When arrived, inside was dangerously overcrowded & the 1st entertainer was in the doorway. We went outdoors to avoid the crowds & in hope the next entertainment would also be outside as stated. This didn’t happen & if it was inside you could not hear it from outside! I asked to speak to someone in charge and was directed to someone wearing hi-vis, to whom I raised my concerns ….who had no compassion.
The venue could not accommodate the amount of people they had sold tickets to. The event should have been cancelled or rearranged with option of refund! The weather had been forecasted days before yet they said it would be outdoors andvit wasn’t! as I said it was a safety hazard indoors and no entertainment outside, there were many other families there with small children too. we left before seeing the firework display because the children was so bored ….

Was too busy, I took my 2 year old and we got there at 5, nowhere to sit or get shelter from the rain, fireworks on too late, we left at 6.30

Far too many people, extreme crowding. Poor placement of music acts, placed in only a few feet of space which was also a constant thoroughfare for all the people accessing the outdoor food placement and the gardens. People left because of the overcrowding. Firework display was excellent at 8.30 pm. We left shortly after before remaining music acts came on. Never again!

Only 1 food stall, music acts were hit and miss. We left before fireworks,so can't comment further.

Not a good night at all paid for tickets to see acts and they was in the doorway of the building which you couldn’t get to see as it was that busy as it was supposed to be outside but got moved inside because all the equipment was getting wet what a waste of money spent over £300 between our family to see nothing got told the fireworks was going to happen at 7.30 so booked a taxi for 8.30 only for the fireworks to start at 8.30 so didn’t even see them either
