After your Lillet Spritz welcome drink, you'll hear from spritz sommelier, Ellie Pruk about tasting notes and the history of their brands, Italicus, Malfy and Lillet, as well as exploring the perfect pairings. 

You'll then get the opportunity to build your own perrrrfect spritz – choose from a range of Franklin & Sons mixers, waste fruit, syrups and your choice of liqueur to build a spritz your way! 

Mindful of zero waste and making the most of ingredients you may have leftover in your home, this is the perfect training session ahead of the festive season.
