Firstly we tried to pre buy drink vouchers and they had sold out so after queueing to get into venue we had to queue again to buy vouchers kind of defeats the object of the whole concept really donât understand why we couldnât pay via contactless who knows in advance how many drinks they want secondly I have never seen so many people off there faces on drugs and smoking w**d our bags were searched on entry and my hand gel was taken from me why? Did they think I was going to drink it yet people got in with w**d and cocaine there were used condoms empty drug bags and no toilet roll in the disgusting toilets we entered at half 3 and left at half 7 because we couldnât be bothered to faff topping up drinks vouchers overall so disappointing and we spent a fortune!!

being a ginger and having your factor 50 taken off you was a ball ache and the drinks vouchers instead if just paying contactless was pretty odd but besides that not too shabby

amazing. seeing such a wide range of people come together for their love of music.. there's no better feeling and crooked house didnt fail in doing that. brilliant day, bring on next year ðð¥ðð¥

the top up band for drinks was useless. everyone including myself were being ripped off. drink values taken multiple times when only 1 drink was being brought. then taking 45 minutes to sort it.
plus the card machine kept losing signal, so wasn't able to top for for over an hour because I had no cash. then had to queue back up in a massive queue to purchase when the machines were back up. it wasn't even like I could go out the venue to go to a cash machine, because you stopped people coming in after 3pm. which I personally think 3pm was way too early

meeting mampi swift and Kenny ken was awesome, good guys the both of them, I think water should be readily available at events and not cost £3 a bottle. everything else is massively marked up and that's understandable but water being the same price and c**e or a Tesco kick, cmon guys.
the staff were amazing and friendly, I will be coming back next year for sure but I think water taps should be supplied. other festivals do this.
