Not impressed. I feel totally ripped off. £73 a ticket for less than an hour of Heather Small. The support was very poor - why on earth would you not tune your guitar before starting. Forced to stand outside to queue with last entry at 7.30pm - why? All in all, whilst Heather was very good, I felt as if she really didn't want to be there at all and couldn't wait to leave the stage. I won't go to see her again.

This is the 2nd concert I've been to and both times found the acoustics of the cathedral very poor for music concerts. If you sit anywhere except in the first half of the central area, it's impossible to make out what the performers are saying.

It was a good evening. The set with Heather was very short at 45-50 mins which I enjoyed. I didn't think it was good value for money. No sooner had it started it was over!

I enjoyed the evening overall, however it started off not particularly great as the support act struggled to tune his guitar and complained about his B string for the time he was in stage. He seemed very under prepared and announced he hadn't done a gig for a while. His voice was pretty good but his on stage presence needs some work. Heather was amazing and the cathedral was rocking. However she was on stage for 57 minutes and no encore! I felt that £73 was very overpriced for what we got. Had I paid the VIP price I would have been very upset about it. That all said Heather's voice was awesome.

The cost was too much for 40 minute appearance by Heather Small who was 15 minutes late on stage without an apology. The quality of the music in the setting was appalling. It would have been better without the equipment to take advantage of the Cathedral acoustics.
