Review of Jack The Ripper's Last Victim - Mary Jane Kelly
Being told to arrive at 7 promptly as food was served at this time shown a table upstairs asked if we wanted a drink.4 other tables in the room food was served hot but after an hour and half 1 table was still waiting to be served Lesley Smth was due to start at 8.30 but was pushed back till 9 as we were still waiting for our dessert. We were in a room downstairs for Lesley Smith there was a lot of people rows of chairs if in the back row no way to get out a lady has panic attack before the talk 30 minutes a lady in back felt ill and struggled to get out fortunately she got out before she passed out. Lesley was a real trouper and carried on as best she could. I think there was to many people x hopefully lessons learned ready for next time

Review of Jack The Ripper's Last Victim - Mary Jane Kelly
Lesley Smith was excellent.
Food was good .
Event was very badly organised. Long wait for drinks and food. Too many people crammed into the small room for the performance .

Food service was very slow not enough staff and guests were getting cross at unreasonable delays but Lesley Smith was worth waiting for she was brilliant as usual

Review of Tales & Terror Of The Black Death
One word Brilliant, but your leaflet needs to tell us more about what 'enjoy the rest of the evening with us' means because we went off for to a restaurant for a meal, were we aware of the drink and food available we may of stayed longer . Also because of the darkened atmosphere (which was brilliant) I feel it is unsuitable for those that struggle to walk in the dark such as my friend as there are steps.

Review of Tales & Terror Of The Black Death
I was disappointed that there wasn't more of a link to Lichfield's history. It seemed very generic as if lifted & shifted from another event.
Whilst interesting and the actors were very good, it was a very small area and it was all over in what seemed a very short time.
I was on the first tour on Thursday, instructions asked you to arrive 30mins before the start time (5:45). Unfortunately they didn't have everything set-up and ready to go which probably didn't give the full experience. They didn't have enough chairs in the waiting area and were rushing round to find some. The fire hadn't been lit, the food wasn't on the go, staff were rushing up & down the row getting things sorted.
To be honest overall a disappointing experience that seemed a little disorganised and unprepared.

Review of Tales & Terror Of The Black Death
I've seen Lesley before and she is always amazing, but she really wasn't speaking for long.... 10 minutes max? I do understand that this is a first , the staff were lovely, including the young lads st the entrance to the alley 🥰
The venue is great, so I will come again, but wouldn't necessarily recommend this particular event,
