The Brit Fest

The Brit Fest takes place from Friday 4th - Sunday 6th July 2025

The Brit Fest is held at Ashley Hall and Showgrounds in Cheshire WA14 3QA.

No, The Brit Fest is a family-friendly event for all ages. 

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the festival grounds. However, The Brit Fest offer a wide variety of food and drink options, including vegetarian and vegan options, so you’re sure to find something you will enjoy.

The Brit Fest recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, and a backpack or bag to carry your belongings. Don’t forget to charge your phone beforehand and bring a portable charger, as you are required to show your ticket on your phone screen on entry.

Yes, there will be first aid and medical services available on-site at The Brit Fest. If you need assistance, please seek out a member of staff.

The Brit Fest will go on rain or shine, so come prepared for all weather conditions. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a poncho or umbrella just in case.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in The Brit Fest, with the exception of service animals. Please leave your furry friends at home.

No, both cash and card will be accepted across The Brit Fest site.

The simple answer is yes, however there will be restrictions on the locations you can use them at The Brit Fest. These locations will be marked at the event.

Under 5 tickets are free for The Brit Fest, but you must follow the same procedure as other ticket holders. If you purchase VIP tickets, Under 5 will only require a general admission ticket but can remain with you in the VIP area without additional costs.

No. There are no concessions on VIP tickets at The Brit Fest. All festival attendees 5 and over requiring access to the VIP area will require a VIP ticket.

Yes. You can either camp, select from glamping options or bring your own live-in vehicle to The Brit Fest.

Facilities for The Brit Fest include:

• Car Parking (One Vehicle Pass Per Pitch)
• Luxury Loos & Hot Showers

Tents: All pitches are 5m by 5m. Your car must be parked in a nearby car park (Included in price of tent pitch) and equipment loaded on foot or with a buggy.

Approx 3 minute walk.

There are a limited amount of pitches available, so be sure to book as soon as you can!

• £20 for the weekend (Friday 10am – Monday 12pm) Per tent not per person.
• £10 add on for Thursday midday arrival.
• £12 Per night for One Night Camping.
• Pitches include one parking space, an extra parking space for the weekend £20.

Enjoy the full festival experience by opting for on-site camping. The spacious camping pitches measure 5 m x 5 m. Please note that camping is subject to festival terms and conditions.

You may have an awning, porch or other camping equipment on your pitch subject to not taking up space outside of your pitch.

It’s important to note that the camping fee does not include entrance to the festival itself. Each person staying in the tent will require a separate festival ticket.

Live-In Vehicles at The Brit Fest:

• All pitches are 8 m by 8m.
• Pitch Price (Friday 10am – Monday 12pm)
• £ 75 Per Vehicle (no power)
• Thursday early arrival 12pm: Additional £25
• Power Weekend including early arrival: Additional £50

For those with live-in vehicles, The Brit Fest offer an 8 x 8 pitch for the entire three-day weekend festival. This pitch does not include power.  You have the option to include a power hook-up for an additional £50, which allows you to access electricity during your stay. Additionally, by choosing the early check-in option, you can arrive on Thursday at 12 pm, This arrival option is £25. You will be allocated a designated bay so if you have friends and family you wish to be near, please email no later that 45 days before the festival to request this: info@thebritfest.co.uk

For festival-goers coming from Altrincham and Knutsford, The Brit Fest have a free bus service running for the duration of the festival. This service is designed to make your journey to the venue as comfortable and convenient as possible. See https://thebritfest.co.uk/travel/ for bus routes.

For journey by Rail, use either Altrincham or Hale Station and use the bus service. The Brit Fest is a 1 mile walk from Hale Station with a range of restaurants and cafes along the route to Ashley Hall.
