This was not as described. No music, no atmosphere. By the time the bingo started there was about 20 people in the place. Took us longer to register & the bar refused to give us our free drinks because they said they couldn't man it. We left after the 2nd game of bingo! Shocking!!

It was awful. We ended up leaving at 8pm. The queue at the bar was ridiculous and really slow! I had 5 people in front of me at the bar and it took around 20 minutes to be served! We didn't get our free drink on arrival, as stated in the email that we received. Music was awful and games. Really slow, no atmosphere. Not very well organised. This event was not as advertised, really disappointing.

Appalling. We left within an hour. We had an email to say get there early because it was going to be very busy and there was hardly anyone there. It was normal bingo not with any fun element. We also weren't allowed our free drink until we got a voucher that wasn't available until after the bingo? Never again. I'd like a refund - £22 for that 'experience' is a joke.

Was a disaster. It wasn't a party night it was bingo with a short period of music. The staff were lovely and tried their best but to say we won't be coming to another night would be an understatement and I will be putting on social media to keep away from these events. We spent £20 each on the tick*ts and £20 on taxis what an awful night
