Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Creamfields North Festival

Way overpriced, not all the showers even work well, dirty and cold changing area, equipment is used and abused. I can't believe they charge so much for this. The only positive is the water was nice and warm, and that some of the toilets actually has toilet paper.

Paid £60 for a weekend pass went to use the clubclass area on friday and they were closed due to the wind which was dissapointing . On the saturday i went to use the showers and they didn't work properly, girls were telling staff they weren't working and they didn't do anything about it. We kept having to bang on the button but it would only sprinkle a small amount of water for about 3 seconds and girls were shouting due to frustration and demanding refunds but not even a partial refund was given out. Would not recommend

The necessity ffor this service was entirely justified, showers could be better and the arena could use a 2nd station to justify the price.

The only thing i didnt like about club class which a lot would agree is we need more mirrors for girls to do there make up as they take up the spaces for drying hair etc for hours and you cant always get what you paid for in the first place

Lovely staff manning those toilets an the toilets were amazingly clean an always serviced after each person gets out of them, will deffo be purchasing the pass again next year 😃
