The chargers given were very hit and miss. The first charger I was given charged me about 50%, the second two around 20-30% and the last one 100%. For £25 I would expect at least 1 full charge from the power packs. I was also given not fully charged power packs. I would just use my own next time as they aren’t reliable

My phone died multiple times as charger didn’t charge my phone. When going to return the chargers on the day we departed, the stall was not open and so I have lost my deposit which I am appalled at. We used charge candy as the last time we visited creamfields it was great but after this experience we weren’t happy.

100% worth the money. The ecoloos/Portaloos were horrendous and these were a life saver, it was also nice to shower. They were kept clean and was topped on toilet roll regularly

Club Pass wasn’t where it said on the map, so my friend who had a broken ankle had to walk really far to have a shower when we specifically camped where we thought was near. Showers are so small so you can’t take anything in there the first time I didn’t realise this and had my valuables on me and had to leave them in the changing room. Felt uncomfortable getting naked in front of other men due to my orientation and people made fun of me. Saying things like ooo he’s going to stare at us. They wasn’t very clean either.

Will be back - get a Club Class Pass - definitely worth it

Does not make any sense having 2 different luxury companies and different wristbands to access different toilets in different areas of the event.
Would make the even a lot easier and less busy at same areas if there were the club class toilets spread around the event, instead of having different luxury passes to different toilets.

The toilets were always clean, and the queues weren’t ridiculous. The showers were again clean, with enough showers for everyone. The staff were all friendly and happy to help at all times! Will be using again
