The showers are worse than in prison, the water barely comes out. You need to keep pressing a button for the water to come and even there there is no pressure. It took me 1 hour to shower because it was so difficult! Definitely not worth the price! Maximum they should charge is £20 but even then i think it's ridiculous ! The only good thing about this were the flashable toilets

Not enough toilets spread about, if you want to use the toilet you have to go back to the start by loads of porta loos which makes no sense should have had more available. Showers were OK and the make up area was OK too. Would not buy again.

Lovely staff manning those toilets an the toilets were amazingly clean an always serviced after each person gets out of them, will deffo be purchasing the pass again next year 😃

Review of Chargecandy at Creamfields
Absolute waste of money. Once arriving I collected my first portable charger and payed a £10 deposit and was told I would get this back on the Sunday when I handed it back in. They failed to mention that they would be closed meaning no one got their £10 deposit back. Furthermore, the actual portable chargers were terrible. The best one I had it only gave me 40%.

We paid £60 each for showers and when we got in the showers they did not work and the next day the were freezing I am so upset I paid this much money to have 1 cold shower. Disgusting absolute rip off and when I told the staff they did not care at all !

Your refund policy on club class is shocking. I managed to get an upgrade to Gold camping so didn't need club class. I was unable to get a refund as your policy is ridiculous and doesn't cover normal life situations that may require a refund. It's not like you had a physical product wasted, me not using club class had no impact so there's no reason not to refund. I lost my £80 because of your greed and I'm very disappointed.
