Join our Ladies-Only Crystal Reiki Meditation Group, a safe and supportive space for women to connect, heal, and rejuvenate. Through guided meditations, we'll harness the power of crystals and Reiki energy to restore balance and inner peace. Perfect for all experience levels, this group offers a shared journey of spiritual growth and well-being.

Please dress comfortably.

We will be lay in yoga mats, these are avail in studio or you can bring your own.

please bring a drink, pillow and blanket for your comfort.

The session is 1 hours with a bit of time either side to settle and gather our thoughts and belongings.

*note Evans house does have stairs and you will need to be able to use these to access the studio
