MotorFest- Haydock Park Racecourse

Come along to Haydock Park Racecourse on the 29th-30th of march for a family day out at Motorfest 2025.

Event open 10am-6pm Saturday and Sunday 

We will have several acts performing in the main arena. These acts will include a Monster truck display, stannage stunt team and the edge stunt team. There will be live character acts and entertainment. 

There will be a family fairground village and a food court to cater for everyone. (Fairground Rides and attractions will be at an additional cost. Also catering units will be at an additional cost)

You will also be able to take a ride on 2 of our Monster trucks which will be available on both days. (Please note these an at an additional cost)

1. under two are granted free entry. Individuals aged two and above are required to purchase a ticket.

 2.⁠ ⁠Is there a fee for carers attending the event?

Yes, all attendees, including carers, are required to purchase an entry ticket. We strive to maintain affordable pricing to accommodate all participants.

 3.⁠ ⁠Is parking available at the event venue?

Yes, parking is free. But please get to the event with plenty of time as our events are very popular and could get busy. 

 4.⁠ ⁠How much do the kids fairground rides and attractions cost?

Prices From £2.50-£5

 5.⁠ ⁠What are the entrance ticket prices?

Early bird Entrance tickets are priced at £12 plus small booking fees. There will be different-priced tickets As the ticket allocation changes. 

 6.⁠ ⁠Parking

Parking is available at the venue. Parking is free. 

 7.⁠ ⁠Will vendors and rides accept both cash and card payments?

Yes, depending on the signal for the wireless payment machine. ( cash will be preferred if possible)

 9.⁠ ⁠Can tickets be purchased on the day of the event?

No, tickets must be purchased in advance. Once sold out, no additional tickets will be available.

10.⁠ ⁠Will there be confirmation sent after purchasing tickets?

Yes, an email confirmation containing all booking details will be sent by our ticketing partner. 

12.⁠ ⁠What does the ticket price include?

The ticket provides entrance to the venue. Once inside you get to watch live monster truck shows & performances plus additional acts. All rides and food vendors are an additional cost. Monster truck rides are an additional cost.

14.⁠ ⁠Is the event pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome at the event.

17.⁠ ⁠Is there a licensed bar available on-site?

Yes, we have a licensed bar on-site for attendees.

18.⁠ ⁠Are attendees permitted to bring their own food and drinks?

Only essential items are allowed to be brought into the event to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. No alcohol permitted 

19.⁠ ⁠Will there be first aid and security on-site?

Yes, we will employ a local security firm and first aid team to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

20.⁠ ⁠Will food vendors be available at the event?

A diverse selection of food units will be available, offering something for everyone. Details on offerings and prices will be provided soon.

21 Ticket issues and support?

25.⁠ ⁠Tickets and entry. You can only enter the event with tickets for that Day. You cannot gain entry with tickets for a different day. 

26.⁠ ⁠This event is on hard standing and grass please bring appropriate footwear. Please be mindful of weather conditions with regards to ground conditions. 

27.⁠ ⁠Please give yourself plenty of time to get parked and get into the event. 

28. What characters are going to be at the event? Lazer men, Bunnies, Transformers, Stitch, Iron man, megatron transformer.
