Yogazise is the perfect class for beginners, especially for those over 40. It targets the core, arms, muscles, tendons, and cardiovascular system.
The class still includes yoga elements such as breathwork to start and savasana (resting pose) to end, but it also incorporates different styles. It's great if you want a full-body workout but still want the best parts of a yoga class.

The class is the perfect time to get back on track after a busy weekend or to start your journey to whole health. You can come straight from the school run or home. I also have another class on Thursdays, and I have made sure we finish in plenty of time for the school runs or lunch breaks from work.
You have the option to pay as you go for each class or book a regular slot. If you book 4 or more classes, you'll receive an £8 discount, making each class £10 instead of the regular £12 pay-as-you-go rate. I am looking forward to seeing you at the studio. All the necessary equipment, including mats, weights, blocks, and blankets, is available in the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
