Amazing class. Didn’t feel at all like exercise just a wicked time. Left dripping in sweat thanks to the insane instructor and the top music. Would definitely go again!

it is a good concept but it is basically a rave rather than an exercise class. couldnt really the instructor and no routine really. felt it was made up on the spot. also no warm up or cool down. good fun though.
