This is my 3rd year at this festival.

This year there was far to many people particularly young people.

Long queues for a drink and to get into a tent.

Unable to get back to our hotel, charged £7 in a taxi to get there and £100 if we wanted to get back.

No organisation for the people queuing and did not accommodate for the amount of people who attended.

The whole day was a waste of time, only seen s club when we 1st got there, all the tents were locked out, no card machines working, no cash in the cash machines, waited 2 hours to find this out, not enough toilets. 1.5 hours que for the bar , we got there at 2pm and left at 6:30, security was no help, they said on of us could leave out of 6 girls to go and get some cash, we donâ??t know the area and think itâ??s unsafe to send one person, they agreed on 2 to leave and when they tried they were told no. this is our 5th year, never experienced anything like it and itâ??s put me off going again. Plus it was my 18 year old daughters 1st time, what a rubbish 1st festival for her ð??¢ð??¢

The venue was too small for the capacity of people there . we waited 3 hours to get into there , when we finally got in we had to wait another hour to get a drink because the amount of people and not enough bars scattered around , when we wanted to get into a tent we had to wait in another que to get in . overall the day was most a day of queuing up everywhere was very disappointed .

After the yr everyone's had, been looking forward to this since 2019, supposed to be bigger _ better but was a let down Obviously sold far too many tickets for it. Been every yr so far, but that will be my last. Ques were horrendous, in it for hrs to get in to the point were people actually turned back & went home. Ques to get in the tents were a nightmare. Portable toilets had no sinks in to wash your hands, with the way things are at the min, definitely need to wash your hands. Absolutely gutted it turned out the way it was. Costs a fortune for that day but it was waste of money this yr

One of the worst organised events I have ever been to! Donâ??t bother unless you want to queue for hours to get in to a tent to then be told the tent is full! Absolute joke and waste of time and money!

Over crowded++++ it was a joke how many people were in the venue. Spent majority of the time queueing unfortunately (to get in, to get money out because the wifi wasn't working for card payments for most of the day, for drinks). Once in the tents it was great and everyone was friendly, didn't see any trouble. The fact it was so busy ruined the day,spoke to lots of people who said the same. Left early to make sure could get on the train home along with a lot of other people. Such a shame

Absolutely awful took over 2 hours to get into the venue. When getting into the venue it was clear that the event was oversold. Card machines were down although we were told it was card and cash so there was over a 3 hour wait for the cash point which kept running out of money due to the volume of interest.

the event was a farce, waited hours to get in no security was poorly managed and was no better when we got in long queues for the bar upto hours for a drink and had to queue up again to get into the music tents the event seemes to be massively oversold and when inside there wasn't enough security to manage the people that were re there absolute joke

Due to the massive queues wen we got there, to find people where pushing in, there was no organisation to control the queues knowing you was expecting 20,000 ppl. There should of been barriers to control the direction of ppl considering Covid hasnâ??t exactly gone away and after that I wouldnâ??t be surprised is lots of people get it, considering the police was watching this to happen is a joke, it was absolutely appalling. I got crushed in the queue wen I am disabled which I asked was there a separate entrance to be told it wasnâ??t needed as it would be controlled. After queuing there for over 2 hours we then had another queue for a drink with no card machine facility, considering In-Demand used the term â??bring a smileâ?. It was an absolute disgrace especially wen you charge so much I even left early due to attitudes of people taking drugs was unbelievable. I would appreciate my money or some refunded due to the extremely poor organisation

loved every minute..but.... this year the queues where too long.. waited up to two hour just for a drink and also to get into a tent. couldn't even get into the main tent due to the amount of people. good job the atmosphere and weather was good. but defo go next year x

The queues were absolutely disgusting, we were queuing for hours to get into the tents. We were caught in a massive crush of people while waiting to get into the reminisce tent, it was dangerous and unnecessary. People were crying with no way to leave the crowd and were being shoved and pushed. The organisation of the event let the whole thing down.
