Review of The Grand Comedy Night
It was exciting to have such an event in warrington. The grand is a fabulous place but not a great venue for this sort of thing. The bar area is beautiful but so big it blocks any viewing of the acts unless you are sat right at the front. We were at the back in high backed chairs no view what so ever so we moved to available seats in the side. It was exceptionally drafty and the speakers then above our heads very loud but good music. Unfortunately people then got a bit fed up and started shouting their conversations so couldnt hear comedian properly anyway. Good idea just didnt quite work. Sorry.

Review of New Years Eve at the Grand
I’m afraid we had a table of four booked and two of our party contracted covid over the Xmas break and the venue refused a Refund - saying the whole party would need to cancel however as all tables for two were sold out could not rebook - this is unacceptable in these uncertain times and of no fault of the parties concerned. Therefore NO I would not recommend the venue or the booking system - just an excuse I feel.
A very disappointed customer.
Review of The Grand Presents George Michael Tribute
It’s a great place to meet up and have a few drinks. Usually have live music on. The tribute was fun and everyone had a good night. Looking forward to Simply Red too
