Kyle Falconer is the lead singer of The View, a Scottishindie rockband that formed inDundee, Angusin 2005. They incorporate various styles such aspunk,pop,alternative rock, andfolkin their music. They are best known for their 2007 single "Same Jeans" which reached number 3 on theUK Singles Chart.

The band have released five studio albums since their platinum selling debutHats Off to the Buskers, which topped theUK Albums Chartin January 2007and was nominated for the2007 Mercury Music Prize.
