Not since The Jam has there been a band with the tunes and attitude to match - Lead singer and songwriter Terry Shaughnessy is a master of his craft with a extremely talented trio on guitar bass and drums making The Universal not only one to follow but if you get the chance to catch a live performance like the one at the E Rooms, you won't be disappointed

Lovely little venue, friendly and very cheap bar! Saw Factory from Runcorn who were supporting The Boston Shakers, never seen Factory before but will definitely be looking out for them in the future, great band. The Boston Shakers were, as always, amazing. Very energetic bouncy music, great to listen to and watch on stage, they all perform really really well together. I love The Boston Shakers! If you haven't already checked them out, do so, you won't be disappointed. Great band and all really awesome guys x

Review of Into The Void-Black Sabbath Tribute

Amazing tribute band! I had just seen the real Black Sabbath a few days before this gig, and relatively speaking, pound for pound, these guys did not disappoint at all!! The only thing I would say is the sound was sometimes painful in some parts of the room, particularly when the room is not at full capacity and towards the back. Thankfully when the main band were on I was up front dancing so problem solved :)

the party was great and the breath mints you gave out were cool people started flying and their was Thai fighters flying around shooting monkeys also the bands were robots who screamed worse than slip knot. this guy called Susan who gave me the mint said he worked their I think he gave me ecstasy or acid.
