This was one of the worst "events" I have ever been to. Having gone to walkabout every weekend throughout my youth I was thrilled to see a surfers reunion event however nothing about the event was surfers. The old walkabout venue looked really good but with only about 20-30 people in it on a so called event night I can't see it doing well at all. There was nothing to say the event was happening to bring people in, I didn't hear 1 song from the old surfers days and neither the manager or owner seemed to care when I spoke with both of them. Very disappointing and won't be going again

Review of The Surfers Reunion

This event was poorly organised and in my opinion should not have been a ticketed event.There was no atmosphere. When we arrived at 10:30pm, there were approx 20 people in the venue. We were told the main DJ would be on at 1:30am. We left and came back later and at this point there were even less people in the venue. A total waste of money
