About

Drumming is one of the most ancient forms of sound healing, combined with tapping techniques from MBIR this is a deeply relaxing session. We begin with some simple breath work and soothe the vagus nerve with tapping. You will then settle down onto your air bed for a relaxing reiki drum journey. The beat of the drum helps to put the brain waves into a deeply relaxed state and you may meet spirit guides and animals on the journey.
