Samhain

Who is joining us on our Samhain workshop? This is going to be a beautiful, magickal, and nurturing experience. Samhain is such a special time and we invite you to join us to usher in the darker part of the year, to honour those departed souls, and to focus on releasing on what is no longer serving us. 
This session will include journaling, ritual ideas, intention setting, a meditation, and finishing with one our beautiful sound healing experiences that are infused with reiki. Not forgetting some stunning oracle cards and of course herbal teas.
Investment for this workshop is £30 for 3 hours. Just come wearing warm and comfortable clothing, and bring your blankets and pillow for the sound bath. We look forward to welcoming you into this gorgeous space at Yoga Universe.
