About

We open up a sacred circle by opening up our heart centre with beautiful cacao and getting into a relaxed state. We then introduce our own beautiful rhythm of dance, beginning slowly to build up to an ecstatic crescendo, this movement is medicine for the body. We then bring ourselves into stillness and allow the mind, body, and soul to be bathed in sound. This stillness is medicine for the mind. Opportunity at the end to talk and share if you would like to.
