Review of MADE Festival 2022
I did not think this year was as good as last year! The set times were all over place with changes. It cost £30 for a bottle of wine which is an absolute joke, last year was way cheaper. It was spaced out way too much. I was truly disappointed in this event this time round

Hi
I am emailing you today as myself and 3 friends attended made festival. We purchased VIP tickets, which was supposed to mean that We had a fast line lane, but when we arrived, we were welcomed with 2 massive ques before even getting anywhere near a fast-track lane meaning we even missed bad boy chiller crew as we had to wait over an hour with people who had normal tickets which really wasn't fair as we'd paid VIP for this reason, had I of known this I wouldn't have even gone VIP and I might not have even booked a ticket as it was bad boy chiller crew I mainly came to see. Another issue is the drink selection in the VIP area, unless you were shotting, like Strongbow or vodka. I also paid with cash and I think I was given change which contains a fake £5 note which I will enclose a picture of. I'm really not happy with the service and organisation of the festival yesterday between 4 of us we paid around £300. VIP toilets were a joke, filthy, no toilet roll and you had females in male's toilets and males in female's toilets. Not even anywhere near enough seating either considering it was a VIP maybe 20 seats max. And the rides at £8 were a joke after the prices to get in, to not be greeted by what we paid for. Prices of the small selection of alcohol was extortionate. The rides you did have should have at least been included in the original price . I'm not expecting a full refund but I would appreciate it if we could at least have partial refund for the 4 tickets we purchased.
