I paid like 100 pounds for a vip ticket, I never got the made wrist band the vip area wasn't as the description stated,,, basically I got clean toilets that's it... this was my first festival and it wasn't what I was expecting at all... no vip wristband, never got the queue jump and the vip area wasn't at all vip as non vips came in and out as they pleased the security team mostly were half drunk I'm annoyed I never got my wrist band and found this event a total disappointment and I feel I got mugged off
