Review of Word of Mouth Halloween Club Classics 2022
Had a good night at WOM Halloween last night. Atmosphere was amazing, music and venue were fantastic. The only thing that let the whole night down was that there were nowhere near enough staff. It took us 50 minutes to be served a drink, so we only went to the bar once. Speaking to others, some left the event because they were so frustrated they couldn’t get a drink. The bars were crazy busy.
It was such a shame because everything else was amazing but it really let it down. I’m sorry to say it does put me off going to another WOM event because it does seem to be a reoccurring issue at the big events.

Waited over an hour to be served, in the end just left to go somewhere else. It got so bad people were pulling themselves pints from the other side of the bar! Seemed like the more complaints bar staff received the slower they got. Biggest wast of £15

Great performs including live musicians and DJ. Unfortunately drinks were overpriced at roughly £10 for a double vodka red bull. Due to the size of the venue a lot of people were pushing and shoving, the bar was 5 people deep and I was only able to get one drink during the evening due to this.
Having been to the WOM event at Grand Station, Wolverhampton I was expecting an amazing evening but this venue was far too small for the number of people allowed in. We left 2 hours early as it appeared to be rather rowdy on the dance floor and we were tired of being pushed, fell on or trodden on.

I love WOM events, BUT last night was such a let down at that venue it took over an hour to get served at the bar, and the dance floor you couldn’t dance it was that small an narrow. To pop outside too was a mission. Last year at the grand was sooo good, last night wasn’t sorry. Won’t be going back to that Venue .

We left after at 10pm.
In the current climate, this was a disgrace. No vaccination passport or covid test results had to be shown.
Only 2 people serving at the bar with 6 deep queue so it took 25 mins to get served, no ventilation (even the windows steamed up), overcrowded, no seating, toilets messy.
I have been to several events at the Molineux previously and never had a single complaint. However, in the current climate, this was nerve wracking and a breeding ground for germs and we didn’t feel enough measures had been put in place to keep us covid safe.

The tickets were reasonably priced and the music and atmosphere was brilliant. However, it took ages to get served at the bar and the drinks were extremely expensive. Therefore, I only had 2 drinks all night as it was too much effort to get a drink.

Bar selection limited and nowhere near enough staff. But the actual Word of Mouth aspect was amazing!
Will be looking for more events in the summer.

Overall a good night out,however i found the dj a little repetitive with some of the tracks as i attended another event recently,the venue was a excellent choice.

The event was fantastic. However, the queue's at the bar were terrible all night...waiting 30 - 45 minutes for a drink. The bar staff were slow and inexperienced and there wasn't enough staff on. Also, my white wine spritzers were a quarter glass of wine and 3/4 lemonade.
Real shame because the music was amazing, everyone was really friendly.
