Review of Abstrakt Xmas Special

There was a long queue to get in, and the queue management was poorly handled. Men and women were separated at the entrance, which resulted in our mixed group being split up and unable to find each other immediately. Once inside, bouncers were pushing people forward despite there being nowhere to go, making the venue dangerously overcrowded.

None of our group was able to get a drink due to the overwhelming crowd, and the heat inside was unbearable. The toilets were also full, with long waiting times. When attendees provided constructive feedback about these issues on Facebook, instead of addressing the concerns, the event organizers deleted comments, blocked people, and accused them of personal attacks-despite the fact that the comments were reasonable.

I strongly recommend adhering to safety regulations instead of overselling tick*ts. I've enjoyed Word of Mouth events in the past, but this experience has made me hesitant about attending again.

Review of Word of Mouth House & UK Garage Anthems INTO Night - Over 18's

This event was clearly over sold, queues for the bars / toilets were ridiculous. It was chaos inside. Me and my friends left due to it being unenjoyable. All negative feedback via Facebook is being removed and the events organisers blocking ppl 🙄

I was so looking forward to this event and was more than disappointed. Everything that is being described in other people's reviews is how it was. Queued for half an hour to get in to what can only be described as chaos. Poorly organised at the door, oversold, boiling hot, half an hour to get a drink and the sound in the main room was very distorted. Bad energy in the venue too. We left after an hour. Event organisers immediately deleted any type of negative reviews from socials and then blocked those people. I understand that you cannot please everyone but this was more that, it's mark*ted as a prestigious event, strict dress code, limited tick*ts and it is not as sold. Awful.

Over crowded venue no re stockage of alcohol too many que for toilet / bar / danger waiting to happen , everyone packed in like sardines .

really good tunes friendly crowd and good venue 

Brilliant event and great venue - danced all day

To many in attendance for the size of the Venue. 
Queue time at the bar was ridiculous- music was banging!

Don't be so greedy and over sell the event!!
