Expecting some classic tunes but was deeply disappointed, music was terrible ( tired format that needs changing)
No atmosphere whatsoever!!!!!

The event itself was good but the staff checking tickets on the door were rude and even though they were in the wrong they didn't apologise. More training needed on customer service i think! When i booked tickets originally it was only at one venue then got changed to two which they couldn't seem to understand even though it was clear from the ticket.

the servers downstairs were really rude however the ones upstairs were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The security company were all lovely apart from on doorman proceeded to get in my face and shout are you gonna cause me trouble after I asked why he was extremely rude and unreasonable to me and my friends when telling us to ‘move down the stairs’ while fully grown men were pushing past us the opposite way, he then himself pushed past us and almost knocked my friend down the stairs
