The rule for not standing up even at your own table is ridiculous. The security and staff were just plain rude and by the end of the night our floor was near enough empty as most people had been told to leave by security. Then to make matters worse we ended up on the terrace where everybody was up and dancing.

when we arrived we were sat outside which wasn’t a problem until we were put in the corner no outside heating we were freezing, so we asked if we could be moved which we were to inside way out the back where there was no atmosphere at all. Me and 5 other friends attended and the whole night was just spoilt for us we couldn’t really hear the music as such our experience was not good the service was really slow 2 drinks ordered in 2.5 hours! My issue is what have we paid £66 for just to sit in a bar we all left early as we just couldn’t enjoy ourselves! I feel that we have paid a lot of money for nothing??? This review is left on my friends behalf

I think the entire thing probably should have been cancelled.
The music was alright however being sat for more than an hour on these uncomfortable chairs was awful, we was placed right next to the dj which was uncomfortable.
The drinks were far too expensive, the bundle deals they had you barely saved anything at all.

We stayed for 2 and a half hours and spent around £150 on drinks

Almost everybody else at the venue felt the same.

Woke up the next day in pain from being sat on the uncomfortable chair...

Should have postponed until next year, I mean alright for trying but it really wasn't an enjoyable experience :(

Great music, great vibes, very chilled atmosphere and even with covid regulations in place we still managed to have a really good time. Will definitely attend again

Awesome!!
