I was very disappointed with the vip I expected more as it cost me quite a lot for 2 tickets if I had of known I would of brought the standard tickets much better value for money

Live act on for 10 minutes and a lot of people from council got free tickets whilst we paid 70 for 2 no where near as good as last year

It's a very small venue, but the sound from the speakers was very limited. Couldn't hear the guest singer (Sonique) at all and we were stood at the front. The orchestra act was very good, but it was overshadowed by the sound system not up to it (I did ask if it was due to the bad weather, but was told it was low due to the venue being in a residential area). Surely this should reflect in the price of the tickets.

The volume of the music was really low. I'm sure there was a reason for this but overall sound quality was rubbish and if your running a music festival you have one main job really.

Food options were limited and seeing as though they prevented any food and drinks coming in and then charging £3 for a 330ml can of pop was very disappointing. Also no sweet options amongst food like ice cream or cakes which again was surprising .
Weather didn't help the day but even if it was a bright sunny day the other points would have still been valid.
Most famous person to perform was Sonique, but only for 15 minutes and her mic wasn't working for the first few.
Amateurish , exploitative festival.

Had a great time but I do think Weston Park's policy could have been followed ie able to take your own food and limited drink. However, the chips we had were fab-u-lous.

The venue and music was great, musix could be a little louder though. The food selection from digbeth dining club was great but was missinh a sweet/dessert selection. The bar area was great and quick service however charging 7quid for a a pressecco in a glass that was full only a 3rd of the way was absolutely ridiculous!!
