It was the No Monster Truck Show!! Should have been advertised as a fun fair with maybe seeing a monster truck!!
Saw a truck with smoke billowing out of it no regards to the people sat on the back!! Safety at its best ?"?
Not enough toilets for amount of people.
The queue to get in was absolutely insane!!
I want a refund

Event was completely miss sold and miss leading. The whole event was based on the idea of shows throughout the day. The organisers never confirmed any fine details until the day. One trick for the whole day with 2 x 10 mins shows... over an 8 hour day? Poor planning for a school night expecting children to stay awake until 7.30 to see a truck for 5 mins. Bags were not checked nor were our tickets scanned... anyone could've brought anything in and the anxiety it caused me and my partner whilst trying to keep our 2 small children beside us was honestly unbearable. We were expecting a safe fun event for our children instead we feel ripped off and lucky that something bad did not happen at the event. Event organisers have blamed the people buying the tickets for not enjoying it... the people feel scammed and felt endangered due to the overselling of tickets or the fact that most of the people got in without a ticket all together. Organisers need reporting and no new events should be agreed until a review by trading standards

What a waste of time and money this event was. When we went to watch the extreme show at 1.30 they had everybody crammed in an area where it was impossible to see the monster truck. The stewards reluctantly opened a different area and it took a long time to set up. This made the start of the show very late. Eventually it started and the one monster truck was on for a few minutes before it broke down.
A monster truck ride was advertised all day, however the queues were hours long. The monster truck ride even had to stop for more than half an hour as smoke was coming out. The whole event cost money whilst we were there . Food stalls, rides etc, but I'm not sure what the entry fee we paid for allowed us to see!!

Complete and utter rubbish. Miss sold not as advertised just a money making scam!!! If he had any decency he would refund everyone that attended!!!

Only two broken monster trucks at Monster Truck Mayhem. Extremely disappointing. I would like a full refund as requested by email, please.

Absolutele disgrace I would give 0 stars for this rip off. False advertising, unorganised and massively overinflated prices. Only 1 truck on display which broke down and unable to perform. I will never book any event advertised on Facebook again ! Thousands of people complaing, it was nothing but a scam.

It shouldn’t be called monster mayhem as that was only a small part of the day! It should be called a family summer day with monster trucks as an event at the summer fair! My 3 year old grandson was bored with all the hanging about and very little, racing or monster stunts !!!!!

Awful experience. For an event called 'Monster Truck Mayhem' we expected it see monster trucks and shows. What we actually went to was a fair with 1 monster truck. Only 15 toilets for an extremely busy event. No parking signs - only those for the balloon festival. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

For a monster jam there was a disappointing lack of monster trucks... even to buy. £10 for a 3 min ride on a mini monster truck is a joke especially when you have to queue for over an hour. Monster trucks broke down & the sound quality of the guy talking about the trucks etc was awful.
