Absolute rip off the price of the rides and the food inside the event. Monster Trucks ride truck broke down so no monster truck rides and monster truck show was delayed until the evening because the truck was broken down. So didn't get to do both things we came to do, definitely wouldn't recommend this event

I have actually emailed for a refund . The show was a shambles and we didn't actually see any monster trucks as they broke down. We had a 3 hour round trip with my 5 year old who was very disappointed.

The venue wasn't as unless you were at the front. You couldn't see a thing. The fairground was a rip off £5 per child per ride.

I have not heard back from monster Mahen and they have deleted their page on Facebook after so many negative comments.

Monster truck mayhem NOT 1 monster truck which broke down it took us over 2 hours to get in by the time we did we'd missed the said truck. My little boy cried the whole day as he was really looking forward to it. Would like to know who I contact for a refund!!!!!

There was only one monster truck and it did not work at the start. Was then fixed but it was very difficult to see the show. There were two areas which meant that you had to move between the 2. There was a sloping stand for the race course but this was not being used. Overall monster truck mayhem was a disappointment as we travelled to see mantoer truck and there were 2 trucks that ran for about 0 minutes at most.

Terrible event- poorly organised and not as sold. One monster truck that drove for about 3 minutes only. Far too many tickets sold as it was seriously over crowded.

Absolute shambles of a show! Oversold and underdelivered one months truck does not make Monster truck mayhem! queues were three hours long in some parts and all the rides are ridiculously overpriced. Barely any shade for the amount of people that they had sold tickets to and they Run out of water by 3 o'clock.

I am going to be seeking a refund and I do not recommend a show to anybody.

The venue (Worcester Racecourse) was a nightmare to get to. After queuing for an hour to get into the city we abandoned the car and walked the rest of the way. We thought we had missed the start of the Monster Truck Show (which was the main reason we took the kids) but soon realised that there was a problem with the main Monster Truck and it hadn't even started, and it didn't start for what seemed like an age. Turns out due to delays getting parts to the show as the team were stuck in traffic! The commentator tried his best to keep the crown entertained but it was pretty flat and everyone was struggling with the heat. The final show was very poor and other than driving around the field and jumping a couple of cars didn't amount to much. They promised a bigger and better second show but that was at 7.30pm and our kids would be home and in bed by then! The Viking village was good and the fairground rides were the best part of the whole day really (if a little expensive). So sadly we left early, feeling pretty frustrated. Tickets weren't expensive really, but would find it hard to recommend to anyone based on our experience. I've since promised the kids I'll get tickets to the Monster Jam show when it tours the UK.

Nightmare journey to get in meaning we missed the first event. Then tried to get a view for the main arena but had to put our kids on shoulders - then they opened the field up and added a new rope fence but got really shirty with us for going near the rope. Then we waited 40 minutes with no idea what was going on. Some vehicles driving around the field, also looked as confused as the crowd. There was a DJ trying to entertain the crowds but no speakers our side so couldn't hear. Then the one minster truck did come on but struggled to go over the cars and then did, but caused it damage and couldn't carry on. A long wait for 5 minutes of a monster truck. Went to watch the stunt bikes but couldn't get near to see. Tried to queue for a ride on the other monster truck but was too big and would have cost us £48!!!!!! And then that caught on fire. Opted for the fun fair and some sweets and drinks. The long swings ride was being run by young lads with no adults checking the safety on the chairs. The merry go round was rammed and my son hadn't got on the horse before it had started moving. The slushy machines were just squash and no ice and the haribo stand cost us nearly as much as our early bird ticket to get it!! Only one small area of shelter and it was roasting. We called it a 'day' after about 2 hours. Glad we only paid for the early bird offer. This had great potential but really wasn't thought out, badly managed, falsely advertised and felt like an attempt to make a bit more money off the back of the balloon fiesta weekend.

Would not recommend this event or company ever, it was advertised as a monster truck mayhem but it was actually an extremely expensive fun fair. Way to many people attending made it feel unsafe during shows as people were pushing on to each other in to the railings and organisation was awful with two arena areas and no one knowing what events were in which. Would like to know how to request a refund, 100% bad family day out please avoid it!
