Absolutely terrible. What did we pay for? The rides and food were ridiculously expensive. The monster truck show (the only thing we actually went for & travelled over an hour for) was awful, well, non-existent. I actually give it all 0 stars. I thought it was a cheap day out, now I'm far in my overdraft.

I understand the truck breaking down can't be helped but even if it hadn't most people wouldn't have seen much due to the fact only one side was open. The monster truck was the main attraction which you failed to deliver. Only having one truck is very poor planning and therefore you failed to fulfil what was promised.
You can't be blamed for the price of the external rides and refreshments. Or the fact it was really hot. However, because the entertainment was not provided everyone then queued for the rides to gain some pleasure from the day. My son is autistic and was overwhelmed by the queues so we went home very disappointed.
The car parking was very poorly managed. Stopping traffic to allow people to cross when they could've been diverted another way. We had to walk a mile to get there as it was quicker to walk.
Were entry numbers managed at all or did you just let in anyone who would pay. It felt like it was all about making money and no though was given to ensuring people enjoyed the day. We definitely won't be coming to any more events at this location.

Organised very poorly ! Traffic a joke ! Monster trucks a joke ! Prices on an over priced fair a big joke 😡 would like a refund for me and my family who had an awful time at this event .

It was all false advertising and the truck SHOW not shows broke half way through so it ended. The monster truck ride kept breaking down.

One monster truck, that was broken down and now monster truck show. Venue was unsuitable for the amount of people attending. Was basically pay to get it and then pay for fair ground rides on top. Awful experience, have obtained a refund via my bank

Over priced food drinks and fare rides and MONSTER TRUCK MAYHEM what a laughter had to wait ages for show to start as THEY DIDNT BRING THE FUEL 4 monster trucks of the first show ALL BROKE DOWN waited 6 hours for later show as they promised they would get them fixed to have 1 monster truck which worked to have it brake down again
1 Monster truck was for the visitor ride experience which broke down and burst into flames with people on it !!!
Was left with 3 VERY DISAPPOINTED grandchildren that had been looking forward to this for months
Never again!!!

Venue was decent but signage and directions were terrible sending us down a no entry with no parking and walking in no idea where the entrance was so lost a lot of time
Main stage stuff was average at best and mostly uninspired amateur stuff
Food and drink was mostly overpriced
The fair was by far the biggest rip off with rides at £5+ per person and with small children meant £10 minimum per ride to accompany them with no accommodation for it. When its cheaper to go to Drayton Manor or Alton Towers etc you have a serious problem
Felt really ripped off and oversold and no monster truck show to speak of
We want our money back

The place was absolutely rammed and the ques for rides was ridiculous. I waitied with my 5 year old son for a ride on the monster truck we was cueing for up for 2 hours but by the time we got near the front the monster trucks had broken down and no one could use them. The prices are ridiculous as well £5 per person for a ride and the food is not worth the price at all . They need to put customer first not them self making money by selling hundreds of tickets and packing everyone in .

Very poor. The Monster truck was just a truck with big wheels. The show was over subscribed so couldn't see it, however it only lasted a few mins before the truck broke down. Everything was expensive - more geared towards spending money at the fair than a monster truck event. Also very poorly organised - took us over an hour to leave to racecourse!
